Gallus Theater

At the end of the 1970s, a cultural center for young people in Gallus became one of the first theater groups for migrants in Germany. This developed into the Gallus Theater by 1983 – still an open venue for independent theater productions, guest performances from all over the world and cultural encounters in the heart of the district.

The Freigetanzt e.V. association puts on great modern dance performances for you here, and of course there is also a separate section for children’s theater and the “visionale” youth media festival takes place here once a year.
