On the site of the former Dr. C. Milchsack printing ink factory, a place has been created where theater is rehearsed and performed, films and exhibitions are shown, workshops, flea markets, readings and concerts take place.
With the Landungsbrücken, young, independent theater makers found the right place to create contemporary theater in 2004.
