On the last Saturday of the month, Frankfurt’s museums offer free admission for children and adults – and open the door to exciting experiences! On Satourday, children and adults have free admission to all city museums and can also discover the museum worlds together in free workshops.
Admission to these museums is free for everyone every Satourday:
Archaeological Museum Frankfurt | Caricatura Museum Frankfurt | Deutsches Architekturmuseum | Dommuseum Frankfurt | Historisches Museum Frankfurt | Ikonenmuseum Frankfurt | Institut für Stadtgeschichte | Jüdisches Museum Frankfurt | Jüdisches Museum / Museum Judengasse Frankfurt | Junges Museum Frankfurt | Museum Angewandte Kunst | MUSEUM MMK FÜR MODERNE KUNST | MUSEUM MMK FÜR MODERNE KUNST – TOWER | MUSEUM MMK FÜR MODERNE KUNST – ZOLLAMT | Porzellan Museum Frankfurt | Weltkulturen Museum
At the Giersch Museum of Goethe University and the Museum of Communication, only adults who are not taking part in one of the family programs pay admission on Satourday.
Children and adults can go on a discovery tour free of charge with special guided tours, workshops and other activities. Various houses have joined forces to create a program for the whole family on the topics of “Democracy”, “Living”, “Water”, “Improvisation!” and “World Landscapes”.
Here you can find the whole program.
