OPEN FILM STUDIO AT THE DFF

every Saturday and Sunday | 2-6 pm | Admission free with KUFTI

Stand next to your favourite movie character, fly over Frankfurt on a flying carpet, swim with sharks—it’s all possible in the Open Film Studio on the fourth floor of the DFF! Here you can choose a background motif from different photos and videos and, with the help of bluescreen technology, enter a different sphere. As a souvenir, you can take a photo of your journey to the film world home with you. In the Open Studio you can also get creative yourself and can make your own flicker book film. Various backgrounds and materials are on hand there for you to use. In the flicker book station you take several pictures of the action and then print them out. Now all you have to do is cut out the pictures, staple them together—and your film is ready to flicker!
